1.Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to InvoiceMY ("InvoiceKu", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By registering, accessing, or using our cloud SaaS application at invoice-my.vercel.app, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our platform.

2.Description of Service & Digital Delivery Policy

InvoiceMY provides a cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform enabling Malaysian freelancers, agencies, and SMEs to generate professional quotations, issue invoices, manage customer and prospect directories, export PDFs, and deliver encrypted documents via Zero-Leak Vault. Service Delivery & Fulfillment Policy: As a digital cloud SaaS product, no physical shipping applies. Paid subscription access (Pro Business / Pro Vault) is provisioned and delivered digitally and instantaneously (within 60 seconds) upon confirmed payment.

3.Subscription Plans, Pricing & Payments (Stripe & CHIP Asia FPX)

All subscription fees on our platform are denominated and billed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR):

• Free Starter: RM 0 / forever (standard features, limited to 5 docs/month)
• Pro Business: RM 39 / month (or RM 390 / year with 2 months free)
• Pro Vault (Zero-Leak): RM 79 / month (or RM 790 / year with full AES-256 encryption)

All credit/debit card, FPX online banking, and DuitNow QR transactions are processed securely through our authorized payment partners, CHIP In Sdn. Bhd. (CHIP Asia) and Stripe Inc. Your sensitive banking or card credentials never touch or reside on our servers.

4.Recurring Billing & Auto-Renewal

Paid subscription plans automatically renew at the conclusion of each billing cycle (monthly or yearly) unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. Charges are debited using your stored payment method via Stripe.

We provide a 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee for first-time subscribers. If our service does not fulfill your business expectations, you may request a 100% full refund within 7 calendar days of your initial purchase by writing to haikalekal915@gmail.com.

* Subsequent recurring renewals beyond the initial 7-day period are non-refundable; cancelling will stop all future billing.

7.User Responsibilities & Tax Compliance

InvoiceMY provides software tools for business document workflow. However, each user remains strictly responsible for the accuracy of their numbers, SST/TIN tax status, and compliance with Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (LHDN) e-Invoicing requirements.

8.Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
